Had the most lovely experience buying a car from this lot. My family has bought multiple cars here and they have never once let us down. So grateful for this kindhearted dealership.

I can not say enough good things about Collin and Issac's help today. They were very knowledgeable about the work that the previous owner had gotten done to it earlier this year about and let us take for a test drive as well. Even on a Saturday they still were able to get it financed after we put a small down paymenton it.They were so patient and helpful with the everything especially helping getting all the documents off of my phone that was needed so that we could finance and purchase a 2011 Ford Edge SEL that I had seen on their website and FB marketplace the previous night. It was definitely was a nice, and enjoyable experience working with them today. I would definitely recommend checking them out and seeing if they can send you home in a new to you vehicle if you're looking or in the market for one.

I have been looking for a good vehicle at dealerships across Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City. What a relief & pleasure to find Isaac and Collin!! Not only are they as nice as can be, but they are honest and thoughtful. I was so surprised to discover they do not charge any dealership fees like most places do. That made all the difference in affordability for me. Thank you guys for turning a stressful event into such a joy!

EDIT: recently bought a ‘91 toyota pickup with 130,000 miles in excellent condition. Upon driving it home the truck blew up in LESS than 100 miles. After getting further into the problem and getting down into the engine it appears the dealership used a “stop leak” type additive to seal a headgasket problem. This fix temporarily ensured the car could drive properly and there was no evidence of this fix in my inspection, only could be seen from draining the coolant. Additionally the valves were over tightened to seemingly hide a problem with the engine as well. They are not willing to assist in any way and told me good luck. Two mechanics also confirmed that this was outside normal wear and tear, could not have been caused by missing a shift or a catastrophic event and looked purposefully hidden. STEER CLEAR. They do not inspect their vehicles before hand either or give ANY mechanical guarantee. They know less about the vehicle than the buyer. It is worth spending your money literally anywhere else.
